Who buys the alcohol? 

You, your caterer, or your venue purchase the alcohol that will be served at your event. This allows you to choose your favorite brands and flavors. And don’t worry, we will provide you with a detailed shopping list to ensure you buy the perfect quantity for your event. If you are unable to do the shopping, or have too much on your plate, please let us know.

What accommodations does O.T.R require?

Our bar, Astrid, is 19' long, so adequate space will be needed in order to get her parked safely. We do have a trailer dolly, allowing us to bring Astrid inside or fit her in a tight space. Flat ground is required.

110v power (any wall outlet) must also be accessible within 100 feet of the bar to run our beer dispenser and lights. If power is not readily available, we have a backup generator that we can use for an additional fee to the customer.

what does o.t.r Supply for my event?

With the rental of our mobile bar, we supply two OLCC certified bartenders, custom cocktail menus, disposable glassware, mixers, juices, garnishes, napkins, straws, ice, etc. The only thing we do not supply is alcohol.

Is O.t.r Insured?

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance. 

Can I rent just the airstream? 

In most cases involving bar service, we do prefer to use our bartenders who are trained on our equipment.  However, a stand-alone rental is possible; please contact us for more details.

What is o.t.r’s reservation and payment policy? 

Your event date will be secured once a 50% non-refundable deposit is made, and the rental agreement has been signed by both the customer and OTR.
